Hi! I'm Anah! I am a chocolatier, pastry chef, the owner of the Anah Roll artisan bakery and the producer of the Caliornia Chocolate Expo! I specialize in sourdough baking, chocolatiering and event planning. I enjoy cooking, but I LOVE eating!
