ARTISAN SOURDOUGH
The "secret" to our tasty sourdough is our 150+ year-old Alaskan mother dough. Our sourdough contains no preservatives aside from salt. And no commercial yeast. Just a beautiful combination of lactobacillus, helpful microbes and wild yeast. It is naturally fermented and fed frequently, lending the most desirable tang to our bagels and breads.
COUVERTURE CHOCOLATE
Our hand-painted and airbrushed gourmet chocolate bonbons are made with fine chocolate from fair trade cocoa beans, real cocoa butter and locally-sourced ingredients. You'll find our unique bonbons smooth, rich and bursting with flavor.
